I cannot say enough kind words about Travis. My wife and I have been talking for years about buying a few acres in the country but it always seemed out of reach. Travis stepped in and helped us navigate the process and really shed light on how the state of various properties would affect the loan approval. The perfect property came up and we leaned heavily on Travis' experience during the constant back and forth negotiating and renegotiating details to reach an agreement and getting approval to close. I never once felt that Travis didn't have our best interests in mind, and if we had to do this process all over again we would call Travis in a heartbeat.
